Overview
- Based upon the popular Hucker modification
- Demonstrates the presence of microorganisms such as bacteria and differentiates between Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria
- Safranin O provided as a counterstain
- Kit components include: Crystal Violet Stain, Gram’s Iodine (stabilized), Decolorizing Solution and Safranin O Counterstain
