Our in-house Technical and Software Support Representatives go through rigorous factory training to troubleshoot instrument issues, provide assistance, and answer general questions. This ensures you receive the support you need for the instruments you use.

We come to you

Should your instrument need service, we will send one of our factory-trained Field Service Engineers directly to your facility as soon as possible. Have confidence your instrument will be repaired in a timely manner and perform to your satisfaction.

  • National coverage through a network of Epredia Field Service Engineers
  • Our Engineers are factory trained and certified. They ensure that all necessary updates and preventative procedures are carried out correctly, keeping your instrumentation up to date.
  • We ensure only genuine factory replacement parts are used to repair your instrument

Our instruments come with a comprehensive parts and labor warranty (one full year for a new instrument).

If there is a situation in which we cannot complete service at your facility, we will arrange to have your instrument evaluated at a depot repair facility. Service will be completed by our in-house Engineers who are subject matter experts, ensuring that your instrument will be returned to your laboratory as quickly as possible.
